Job Description :

Nielsen's Social Media Analysis solution (Service brand: NMIncite) in Japan market

1. Revenue and profit target for Japan market:

Revenue and profit target:Achieve revenue and profit target of responsible business domain for Japan market, through servicing existing clients and developing new prospects, by leveraging existing Nielsen and NetRatings team.

Sales Strategy:Strategically prioritize individual clients and client industries, and manage business process from sales planning and proposal development to contracting.

2. Client relationship building:

Directly participate strategic relationship building with specific clients as necessary, and support integration of responsible solution as a necessary part of clients' business process.

3. Solution service support:

Quality assurance: Be responsible for the quality of client deliverables, and insure that the deliverables are providing value to the clients, by cooperating with Research team.

Client satisfaction: Understand client ROI for research and analysis, clearly communicate the value of responsible solution, and insure client satisfaction by controlling client expectation.

Actionable insight: Understand client issues and needs, support Research team's understanding of client business goal, and be responsible for providing actionable insights to the clients.

4. Industry education:

Thought Leadershipe: In measurement, research, and analytics, and in providing insight and consultation about digital marketing and social media, lead persons involved within and outside of the company, by working through with solid knowledge, opinion, and experience about the topic.

Required skill:

Skills and qualifications:

  • Verbal and written business level communication skill in Japanese and in English
  • Qualification to work in Japan

Typical Position Pre-requisites:

A successful candidate has all or part of below experiences.

  • Account plan execution: Experience in creating, executing, and successfully achieving account plans for leading companies.
  • Industry knowledge: Experience and deep knowledge of cutting-edge technology and/or practice in specific client industry, in media industry, or in advertising agency.
  • Digital marketing and research, analytics: Experience and knowledge in the cutting-edge and traditional research and analytics, in digital marketing and social media.
  • Consultation: Experience and knowledge from understanding client issues to providing consultation based on various research and analytics results.
  • Seminar and presentation: Experience in planning and executing seminars and presentations to corporate manager level audience. Experience in creating written materials requiring high perfection level, from presentation materials and proposals to emails and letters.

Job title: Senior Analyst, Research & Analytics (1 person)

Job Description :

This position manages process of custom research project and secures quality, conducts report presentation to clients, supervises and instructs other analysts, creates metrics and proposals based on client's business target, provides insight based on data, supports sales team by helping to create proposals. Makes speeches to represent NetRatings for PR activities, responds to interviews, commenting in press release and mail magazines.

Required skill:

  • Understands the online media and market research demanded by the Japan market
  • Highly comfortable with data and sophisticated analytical methodologies.
  • Thrives when working closely with clients
  • Possesses superior instruction skills
  • Experience supporting the online research needs of publishers, agencies, brand advertisers and marketers
  • Experience using data to drive insight is required
  • Strong English communication skills
